Navarre Report Scheduler is an affordable and easy to use product that will change the way in which you think about Crystal Reports. This easy and yet powerful software gives you the ability to schedule your Crystal Report to run at any time of day and export it to any number of destinations automatically with no user interaction needed.

Navarre RS uses the power of Crystal Reports XI for process reports which is nearly seamlessly backwards compatible to version 9. Crystal Reports Version 8.5 and below can also be processed but changes to report may need to be made.

Navarre Report Scheduler is now currently available in three versions to best fit your needs.

THE BASIC EDITION

• This entry level product is perfect for those people looking for a cost effective application to get them up and running fast!
• Requires that a user be logged on and the main user interface be running.
• Email export only with a PDF attachment.
• A maximum of 10 jobs.
• No optional modules available.

THE STANDARD EDITION

• Requires that a user be logged on and the main user interface be running.
• No optional modules available.

THE ENTERPRISE EDITION

• Uses an NT service to process all jobs in the background.
• Automatically starts with workstation.
• Ability to process up to 20 reports at one time.
• Advanced job processing engine.
• Optional modules can be added.

In all three Editions the same user interface and job creation wizard is used to create and maintain the schedule of jobs.

Navarre Report Scheduler V5 has several modules so you can add on only the features that you need.

• 1. Service Module (Enterprise Edition) - Allows for processing jobs via a service.
• 2. Mass distribution Module - Allows for generating a unique export for multiple recipients from a single job.
• 3. Remote Admin Client - Allows multiple user manage their own schedules
