Overview
Navarre Report manager
is an easy and powerful yet affordable application to schedule your
Crystal Reports.
Currently there is a single
version available of Navarre Report Manager with two optional modules.
The Enterprise Edition is
a windows service based scheduler created to be completely windows
UAC compliant built on the windows dot net framework.
Version 6 of Navarre has
a completely new structure based around what we call a process group.
This grouping is the container to hold the individual jobs and schedules.
Each job relates to an export type, Email, FTP, Print or file transfer.
Using the optional Bulk Distribution module you can attach as many
reports to a job giving you the ability to send an email with multiple
attachments. The Mass Distribution module allows you to connect
to an ODBC data source and storing up to ten fields into variables
to be used almost anywhere throughout a job. For each record that
is returned all the attached reports are processed. You can use
your stored data to pass to reports to generate a unique report
for the current record and then personalize the email message. This
is a very powerful tool for sending massive amounts of emails and
reports to sales staff or to customers.
